The room carpet needs a shampoo and a makeover. The bathroom shower has mold in all corners, and the shower curtain has a stain all over.

Don't stay here

We didn't even stay. We checked in, and the front desk clerk stated several times they were sold out. The parking lot was terrifying (we had 2 kids with us) with all kinds of people standing around late at night. Our room was worse. BUGS! My husband took a shower while we tried to get rid of them. As soon as he was out of the shower, we left. I'd rather pay double than stay there. I worked for a hotel for years, and have never been grossed out like this.

The room was dirty, the flooring was uneven which i tripped on, the toliet was clogged, the front door would not shut unless you slammed it shut. Very disappointing as i have stayed zt Green Tree before in phx and it was nice.

Breakfast great. Billy, great. The rest... Well the Gang plotting their evening heist outside of the room ... after dark when we checked in... Bad. Dirty floor and the police outside the room in the morning bad. Go to Forest Villas Hotel, 10 times better for the same price.
