The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. However, it was loud at night with cars and motorcycles. The room had only 1 chair that was a desk chair. It would be nice for rooms to have at least 2 comfortable chairs or a sofa.

Nice Stay
We selected a suite and it was spacious enough for all 4 of us to relax nicely and not feel crammed in. The only thing we wish there was, is a vent/fan of some kind in the shower and toilet room. The entire room would feel a little muggy after someone would take a shower. But overall it was a nice stay. Service was good. Breakfast was good. Will stay again on our next trip to Prescott Valley.

Vety comfortable bed and spacious room. Devent breakfast. Nice pool. As hotel was a no bring in good pr drink, when requesting a real glass, tgey did not have one on the property. This was surprising given the quality of hotel and heaviy priced room.

The huge beautiful clock in the lobby...didn't work. I was in an accessible room, loved the space. The shower head was positioned too high for me to reach.Im 5' 1". I am not wheelchair bound but it would have been very difficult for someone who was to reach and adjust the hand held shower head. The most annoying issue however was when I woke at 3:30 am and went to make myself a cup of coffee, there were 4 packs of "Decaf" and no regular.

We did a very spontaneous night get away and went to this hotel. It was affordable for a weekend night stay and not super far away from home for us. When we arrived i jumped out to check us in and i believe her name was pauline, she was absolutely pleasant and friendly. Very informative about breakfast and any questions i had. Allowed me to do a late check out right then instead of waiting. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great thebkids loved the make your own waffle area. The hotel is close to the main road and lots of food and shopping areas. All around very happy with our stay.
