Hey honey, street light shining right in the window and the way to close the outer curtains kept my wife up all night. Breakfast was cold in the morning room did not look like a room that I paid that much money for. Air conditioner came on every five minutes and was super noisy. Would not stay there again.

Stayed here after the Grand Canyon and was very pleased with our room. We had a lot of room so my kids could play a little after being in the car and my mom had the pull out to herself and was comfier than most she said. Had a small table to eat at and free WiFi that was actually good. We woke up too late for the breakfast but had a ton of dining within walking distance for dinner when we got there and breakfast the next morning. Customer service was friendly and the coffee was actually good for a hotel with actual flavored creamers. Quiet room but sink was in the room so couldn’t use the light when everyone was still asleep and the shower took me longer to figure out to get hot water than to actually take a shower. Pool was outside and dark so kids couldn’t use after dinner so maybe some more lights would be a good idea to instal. But definitely overall pleased

Stayed one night here to go to a concert at Findlay Toyota Center. (Great venue, by the way). Great location with some nice restaurants near by. The property itself needs some major upgrading. I don’t think this place has had a update since the 70’s or early 80’s. Smelled musty, floors were stained, dingy bedding, worst mattress I have ever slept on, so hard. Daughter and I didn’t want to get under the covers so we used our jackets as blankets. All of the furniture was scratched up and dinged. If we hadn’t been drinking at the concert we would have driven the hour and half and just gone home.

Excellent place to stay if visiting Prescott/Prescott Valley. Prime location, safe, with restaurants and shopping walkable closeby. A few blocks from Toyota center if attending an event, 10 min. walk. The staff were amazing and so accommodating! We loved the spacious room and comfy beds. Lobby is nice as is outdoor pool. They offer a nice breakfast as well!
