Yuck. Old smelly place. I guess I’m not into historic hotels. Had to climb over a toilet to get to the shower stall. Sink was in the bedroom. Didn’t sleep at all. Pillows were like concrete blocks. Hated this place.

Staff very courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Have stayed at Hassayampa many times over 30 yrars. However i would not recomend room 208. Have never stayed on that floor previously. Bathroom is ridiculousy small can barely turn around and it is outdated. The bathroom door would not close. There is only one night stand lamp so cannot read if you aren't the one with the lamp! That said we will return because we love the place but not that room or floor.

Everything was Great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about them. The only thing that would have been a nice addition would be a small designated area for pets during the night so we wouldn't have to take it to the square. We will definitely stay there again.
