Staff very courteous and friendly. Room was clean. Have stayed at Hassayampa many times over 30 yrars. However i would not recomend room 208. Have never stayed on that floor previously. Bathroom is ridiculousy small can barely turn around and it is outdated. The bathroom door would not close. There is only one night stand lamp so cannot read if you aren't the one with the lamp! That said we will return because we love the place but not that room or floor.

Everything was Great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about them. The only thing that would have been a nice addition would be a small designated area for pets during the night so we wouldn't have to take it to the square. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a historical hotel with beautiful interior details. The 'old time' elevator is very unique! Know that because of being an old hotel, rooms are smaller, bathrooms are smaller with the sink outside of the shower/toilet room but fully functional. Overall our 2 different stays in the past month were nice. They could improve on overall cleanliness of lobby and rooms. We would stay again as the proximity to all that downtown has to offer is top notch.
