Great spot
A great stop off in Prescott, we enjoyed the Wild West feel of the saloons! Bear in mind some of the rooms get a bit of road noise from Whiskey Row but ear plugs provided and worth it to be in the middle of everything!

What an amazing Hotel! The rooms are all new and decorated super cute! The staff is very helpful & friendly! The Bistro has excellent food & drinks. Free parking garage is a short couple minute walk. Everything is within walking distance. The history at this place was just away to take in! Will stay again!

Staff was accomodating...The lobby bartender (Heather)was great. Minor problem of noise from outside the hotel. Annoying problem with broken switch for bathroom fan(fan ran constantly and could be heard even with bathroom door closed).Water in shower was lukewarm at best.

Cool old Western hotel and a great location in Prescott next to all the restaurants and bars and shops. Rooms are small or ours was, but nice. Service excellent and staff friendly.

Our room was actually tilted (confirmed by maintenance manager). It was tilted by close to 10 degrees. The maintenance worker said he has seen the bed actually have 2x4’s on one side to try to level at least the bed out. It actually made us sick to be in it (almost a vertigo type condition). The elevator was nothing short of scary. The carpet needs replaced. The bathrooms in the room are tiny. There is just a ton of deferred maintenance in this hotel. I am not sure why all the high reviews but I give this one a pass. The receptionist was very nice however.
