This was our first time staying here. We know it was a historic hotel so we know it wouldn't have the amenities of a new hotel. Staff was excellent and the property is close to the amenities and it's convenient to everything in Prescott. Having said that, the rooms are small and I thought that we paid for a queen bed but it seemed small and we paid an extra $14 for the top floor expecting a view, but we had a view of the brick wall behind behind us. In the morning, there was a contractor across from us painting an area of the hotel that is being remodeled so that was nice when getting up in the morning! At least we can say that we have stayed in a historic hotel in Prescott.
