Prescott is known for their historic buildings and businesses, this is one of them. Very enjoyable stay, very comfortable. Close to the square and plenty of parking in their back lot. If you have a chance to stay here, I highly recommend it.

Quaint historic hotel. Great location. Definitely need some freshening up. Paint new shades, etc.. Due to staying at the same time there is a bicycle race room price was at a premium. It wasn’t worth what I paid.

Best vacation spot in Prescott

This is my go to every year for my vacation. It’s a great place to relax and unwind. The staff is friendly here. The rooms are comfortable and quiet.

I love this hotel. It is historic and so much a cool spot. Rooms are impeccable and I stay here everyone in Prescott. The gastropub next door is tasty and also has so much charm like this hotel.

Expected Better Upkeep

I don’t understand the high average review ratings. The staff was friendly and it’s a clean, quaint historic property with excellent location in downtown. But…it is nearly beat to death. The double deck front porch is falling apart. The concrete is broken on the steps leading up to the porch. The paint is peeling in huge chunks on the porch. Everything looks worn out. Wood finishes are worn bare in many places. Cracked wallboard in our room. Holes in the floor where presumably radiator pipes once existed so you can kind of see into the basement since the holes haven’t been patched. Sorry, did not remotely meet expectations and would not recommend.
