The front desk clerk was very professional and friendly. When we got to our room, my husband got poked by a thorn stuck on the carpeting. I checked and saw that there were several thorns that had not been vacuumed. I spoked to the front desk clerk, who was very apologetic, and we were given another room. Clean comfortable beds.

The manager was friendly and nice and the lobby and hallways were nicely decorated, but the beds had very, very hard mattresses with pillow top covers. My hips hurts after a while. It was also extremely noisy due to its close proximity to the merger of HYWs 89 and 69.The rooms have paper thin common walls, so we heard everything in the room is next to us. Our devices kept falling off the internet .Our stay was due to our electricity being off at home due to construction, so we packed up and left preferring a dark, chilly house to this place.
