The facilites are very very good. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent dog walking area & runs. Easy access to most of Prescott. Downside, the person making coffee couldn't careless, if it wasn't ready. A lady asked for coffee and was told she's making it. 20 minutes later no coffee. You don't pick a place for the coffee, but people generally want their AM coffee. So the hotel gets great reviews and they are true.
