Lovely place, great location!
What a lovely stay I had with my mother, the staff is absolutely lovely and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our visit. The Sierra Inn is located perfectly within 15 minutes of anywhere you would like to visit in Prescott, the lake, the Square, awesome restaurants and beautiful views as you drive through the town.

The property and rooms were spotless. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and this one blew me away with the cleanliness! The location is amazing. Just 4 minutes from the square and a convenient grocery store is walking distance away. This will be my go to place to stay while I am in Prescott.

I found the world two times over say it in some of the best hotels money can buy. I would come and stay at this place every single time I come to Prescott the price is much lower than the value of the room that you get and the type of service they provide

Staff was nice, but property was dumpy and dirty. The light and plug in for phone charger didn't work. The ac wasn't working at first and the window unit was covered in dirt, dust to the point I wasn't sure we wanted to turn it on. It also smelled like old smoke.

Our Room # 3 had a portable heater that did not heat the room. I froze all night long. the floors and room and bathroom her cold all night long. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. The refrigerator didn't keep water cold. Would not stay here again. They should have not of rented me a room without heat.

Asked for 1st floor, none available. Bad heart, bad knees. Room was dark, even with all the lights on. Bathroom sink drain slow. Shower had three black hairs stuck to the wall. Heater worked great ! Room service was good and prompted !

Urine and cockroaches, oh my!
I actually did not stay in this motel, I checked in and went to my room and checked the bed and saw several large urine stains on the mattress pad and then stepped on a cockroach. The staff was rude and insulted by me saying something, the young boy at the counter told me he would give me a refund, but only gave me a partial refund Keeping about $95 of the total amount I called to see why they had kept some of the money considering I did not stay and the lady on the phone was insulted once again and told me that she would be keeping the money. I have currently put in a request to my credit card company to receive that money back. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had attempting to stay at a motel.

The 1st romm the gave us was a single queen, but sadly a barking dog next door. I told office staff and no fuss, gave us another room with 2 beds, nice. My only complaint is the bathroom flior is dirty.
