Chair in room was broken. A/C unit was not working properly. Would not stay on. Breakfast room was not monitored and no food or coffee was available. Other guest had gone through early. We tried to get coffee at 8am and there was nothing.

Breakfast was terrible! Construction in parking lot was dangerous! Was barely able to understand the front desk staff attempt to speak english. Handicap access to room was walking the entire length of a hall to avoid the stairs!

We stayed at this property because the pictures online made it look so nice, but it was a problem from the minute we walked in. First, the man running the front desk checked us in under the wrong reservation, wrong name and everything even though he was holding my fiances ID. Then while we thought he was fixing it, he answered the phone and completely ignored us helping someone else make a reservation for 10 minutes. Once we finally got our room codes the walk to the room was disgusting. The carpets had huge stains, the walls were filthy and there was this smell that they tried covering up with those auto air fresheners that go off when you walk by. Our room was disgusting. The bathroom was covered in hair, we didn't have towels (we asked twice and were given tiny pool towels), and the floors were covered in dust and hair (I can only imagine what kind of hair). The tub leaked all night and the door wouldn't lock as it should. The entire vibe of the hotel was sketchy - not a place I would ever go again. Don't be fooled by the pictures...

My staff said that they felt very unsafe, and that it was very dirty. The place was creepy, dark stairwells, thin walls and thin doors with locks on the doors that barely held. And even the 'gym' was down an extremely dark stairwell, and filthy. We will never stay there again.

Good location. However, while I'm not fussy about accomodations, there were rust stains in the bathroom sink, and not one place to hang a towel or anything else in the bathroom. Many small annoying gnats in the room - no plants, so I guess they were sink/drain gnats. I arrived over an hour after check-in time, but in my room there was no TP, soap or shampoo. I won't return.

The receptionist was accommodating and polite. The property outside seemed like it was under some sort of improvement. There were alot of cigarette butts near a side entrance and parking lot could use an update. We didn't stay for the free breakfast as we found a popular place in town we opted for. The bed was very comfortable! The room could benefit from some rugs as the floors were cold. Although it is summer, the AC made the floors cold. Cant imagine how it will be in the winter..

The property is being renovated so this review is being completed under that premise. The room was clean, large and updated, but some of the finish work in the room was subpar. The breakfast bar was not clean and there was very little to eat...no coffee. Someone in the room above us was making a lot of noise until 3:00am and when I told the man at the desk he seemed to know and said he had had previous complaints. The cleaning crew knocked on our door at 8:00am and then tried to enter the room when I did not answer (I was in the shower).

Opened too soon!

The hotel was in a shambles they’re working on everything. The room was nice, but everything was put together half ass. The stopper for the bathroom door fell off. The hanger rack was not attached well to the wall they need to update their TVs. The beds were comfy. the hallways had a lot of stains on carpet The pool was nice but the pool area was a mess overflowing garbages
