Staff are this hotels plus point.

Warm welcome, all the staff were really lovely and efficient ie reception, bar, breakfast. Bed was comfy, pillows were not. Bedroom was very clean, but the bathroom door didn’t shut, the night light stayed on and the curtains did not shut properly. Breakfast was tasty.

Beaches hotel Prestatyn

We had a lovely break with our 2 grandsons. The family room was amazing, with a separate twin bedded room for the boys. Both rooms had en suite facilities too. The pool area is lovely, and the location is perfect for the beach.

Great location

Lovely location, right by the beach. The staff are all lovely (thanks for the breakfast Sue). The room was very hot though. We'd no fan and the road outside was very noisy for an area not in the town centre.

We had a great stay last weekend in this hotel. Food was excellent and we loved that it was so close to the beach. Too bad the sea was not clear or suitable for swimming… but the hotel swimming pool and spa were a very good replacement.
