Respectfully and honestly not great. The beddings didn't not smell fresh. I booked for a sofa bed but the sofa was already opened, I found that strange. Not really happy about the breakfast since Bevin was very dry and overall food was very very cold even right after the pot.

Overall a comfortable stay, but in parts the property is a little tired and in need of a proper clean (not just a surface clean). Due to large coach parties staying at the hotel breakfast was very busy, with no tables available and no arrangements for seating people in an orderly fashion. Maybe the coach parties could take thier breakfast in a conference food? Not my first stay at this hotel, but probably will be my last until an upgrade takes play.

Staff were really welcoming, room was clean, bathroom was good and shower water pressure also very good. Only thing that could have been improved was the lighting in the room, and ensuring that the breakfast was topped up as it was quite low at times, and for some reason the WiFi was working on my phone. But overall really good service. Thank you ☺️
