Good location. The park near by is a nice walk with wild deer if you’re lucky to see them, which we did. Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. Room was clean with plenty of room. Parking and breakfast is also included. We had our evening meal in the hotel which was delicious. Would recommend and definitely stay again

Lovely large room . Well set out heating / cooling facilities made things very comfortable. Breakfast was well set out sadly we weren't able to take full advantage of what was on offer. Evenibg meal was also good value for money.

This Holiday Inn Express at Preston Southbound was located in excellent position just off Junction 29 for breaking up long journey to Cornwall. Booked as was dog friendly. Was a bit concerned as price was brilliant and included breakfast! Well what a surprise! You couldn't have got a better location, friendlier staff, lovely big rooms, excellent buffet breakfast and extremely dog friendly!!!!! Was our first time staying here to break annual journey but will certainly stay again. Would sincerely recommend .
