Very dirty and badly kept equipment
this was very basic for the price and the room was dirty and not the only one as someone else also complained the same night said she would not even take her shoes off in her room, found a bug on the bed and neither bedside lights worked and the switch was right behind my pillow, unsafe no socket beside the bed for the phone alarm. will never return and certainly will never suggest to anyone else.

Very dated bathroom and room furniture. Cobs webs and dust found around windows. Not impressed and would never book this hotel again.

I had pre warned the hotel I would be checking in after 11pm, due to travelling, to which they responded very politely and gave me a number to ring. Upon arrival, I rang the number 3 times but there was no answer. Eventually, the night worker saw me and opened the door. Check in took ages, despite it being totally empty. There was barely any discussion and no manners. The room itself was disgusting. Only two pillows on a double bed with no spare. The bed was hard and uncomfortable . The room was dirty, wood chipped, something brown in the sink, if it wasn’t midnight by this point I’d have asked to move but I didn’t want to upheave my daughter!

Exactly what I needed. Unfortunately I found it quite noisy, but I appreciate this is outwith the staffs/hotels control. I would book again. The staff were fab.

The staff were nice and helpful. Overall the place appears a little tired. It could do with some attention to detail in maintenance. Nothing major. I will be happy to stay there again.

Decent budget option
Firstly, the staff here were lovely and super helpful. It’s a budget option and the beds were really comfy. Gave 3 stars as our door was super stiff and difficult to open. If we would have stayed longer, would have reported it. The room is fine but tired. The carpets although cleaned looked stained and tired. I would stay here again no problem, they just need to invest a little in it to get it up to spec.
