We stay at this hotel every year in July while visiting family. It seems to be declining in maintenance & upkeep. We were unable to adjust the temperature control to a comfortable setting and keep it constant, it kept shutting off. It was either too hot or too cold. The sink was very slow to drain. Carpet was in need of cleaning. On the other hand, the staff was awesome, very personable and helpful.

Staff is always kind and on the ball. I come to shop at my friend’s boutique every 3 or 4 months. I could stay somewhere else cheaper but I know my room is going to be clean and customer service is great. The cleaning staff and gal that works with the breakfast buffet are always accommodating as well.

Super clean and updated! New carpeting, painting, and fixtures. Cleanliness seemed a priority. The coffee cups were individually wrapped. The breakfast was very good. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy along with all the usuals. Well done and tasty! Highly recommend this hotel….
