We are traveling from Florida and have stayed at several hotels. The customer service we have had at this hotel is the best we have had in a very long time. Kim was so gracious and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable with a mini fridge and microwave. This morning upon checking out, we had the breakfast buffet. There were not hot foods but plenty to eat. Again, our interaction with the front desk was just as friendly with Audra. We would stay here again. Thank you.

When we arrived at our room the air conditioner was not working very well. The room was extremely hot. It never got better during the stay. The bed was hard and felt like there were rocks in it. The food for the breakfast tasted old.
