Some staff was excellent, others were extremely nosy and quite rude. We got rooms for my daughter's birthday party.. she's 11 years old now, and we chose this place because they have a beautiful indoor swimming pool that's open 24hours, and pretty decent rates on their basic rooms. We had a double queen for the girls slumber party and a single for the parental supervision. Party day arrived and the turnout was much higher than anticipated and more girls than was accounted for on the original booking. This was pointed out to us at check in that only the exact number of guests listed on the booking could utilize the pool.. and we couldn't just tell 6 kids to go home and forget the pool party. So we paid for another room. Plus being locals meant a pretty hefty deposit was kept till our check out. Even after purchasing a 3rd room, we still received a call from the front desk to remind us again that only the registered guests could be in the pool. So, future guests, don't plan to have any of your non guest-friends or family come by the hotel to swim with you! I could see if we were being disrespectful or causing problems.. but we were following rules to the T. And the kids were extremely well behaved for a large group of pre teen girls! In the end all girls piled into one room for the night to all be together, and the third room was just an extra 100 bucks to ensure 6 girls didn't have to be sent home. Pretty sad.

The room was generally clean but very dated and dusty. Furniture is very worn, especially the mattresses, they are worn out, lumpy and difficult to sleep on. Stayed two nights and won’t be staying there again.

There was not a breakfast included. Guests are given a 15% off coupon for the attached restaurant. The bed was not very comfortable & was very hard despite liking a firmer bed. Everything was very clean except the chairs were stained & gross looking. The furniture, such as the armoire the TV was in was really banged up. I was expecting more because of the super expensive prices I seen on-line. But I got the room for $46 & it was clean & safe so I was pleaded. The pool & hot tub looked amazing & is open 24/7.

The rooms are from the 90s. No blankets in 25 degree weather and the absolute worst towels and products in the bathroom. They basically a motel 6 with a decent pool. That is why the get 2 stars.
