Room was clean & bed was comfortable. It was a "king deluxe" but half the room was empty. Similar rooms in other hotels have usually provided another table and a couple of comfortable chairs. Roku was the only option for TV, and the World Series (on Fox) was not available. Person answering the front desk phone was nice but had no clue on how to watch it. The layout of the property is a little strange. It would have been a long cold walk from our room to the hot tub so we didn't use it. No free breakfast but the nearby restaurant was reasonably good.

Pool and hot tub looked amazing however I did not bring my swimsuit. The extra blanket in the room was wadded up on the shelf so I don’t think it was washed??

Family friendly. My room was nice. One more blanket would have been nicer but I used a travel throw from the car. My son’s room was missing the clock radio and the carafe to the coffee maker. But he doesn’t drink coffee and has clocks on his electronics so maybe those amenities are redundant. Was our mid way point for three nights while we did day trips to Vernal and Goblin Valley.
