Its a 4 because for the price was good, but rating should be a 3. We were unable to access cold water in the room. Only had HOT water in sink and shower. Not sure what that was about. There was no drinkable water for us onsite except the Dennys. All the vending machines were out of bottled water and we had no cold water in room faucets. When we arrived at 3am, had to wait over 45min to get our room key even though were previously checked in online. 1 staff behind desk doing check in and 3-4 people behind counter and glass doing nothing.

Everything was OK, although the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The rest of the hotel was somewhat run down and the prices at the Denny's were too high. My husband got sick on something he ate there, we think it was the mashed potatoes.

Long waits… filthy bathroom.
70 minutes waiting in line to get keys after checking in early on the app. Filthy bathrooms… how could a housekeeper leave the room thinking that bathroom was clean? So dated and in desperate need of an upgrade.

This is a very stripped down hotel - no coffee maker or frig. but that didn’t bug me. This is what bugged me. We stopped here after a long drive and saw the price was $49 per night. That's a great deal! When I asked for a room the quite unlovely woman told me it was $129 plus $50 deposit $29 resort fee without a reservation. I told her online and at Expedia it was only $49 and she kind of unintelligibly said that that was third party and it would be 30 min if I booked through them. I booked through them and got the $49 (didn’t mind paying the $79 extra which I hope $50 of will be returned as the deposit). So beware.

There were 3 lamps in our room, only 1 worked. Everything looked and was dirty. This place needs a DEEP cleaning. No mattress cover, just a sheet. Floor and carpet were dirty. All around not pleasant to stay in.
