Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We didn’t like that there wasn’t a refrigerator and that the dining options, though present, were not open as advertised. Otherwise, worth the stay and we would consider coming back.

It seemed like all they wanted was my money at every turn. Terrible amenities, no fridge, no microwave, toilet broken, shower had no water pressure. All the service was just plain bad, rude and impatient. I will never stay here again.

Buffalo Bill's
We stayed on a Thursday night in mid November. From arriving in the parking lot until we got into our room was well over an hour due to a long line to check in and only one person doing it. We had reserved a king size bed but were told none was available which was no big deal to us but seemed strange since the place was minimally occupied. However the room was clean and very nice, although no microwave or refrigerator.

Worst Hotel experience I’ve had!!
Would not let my wife check in because a pharmacy kept her ID. Would not let me check in under my wife’s reservation even though she use my credit card to make the reservation. When we finally got it fixed after an hour and a half of sitting in the lobby at 1:30 AM. They sent us to a room on the sixth floor that was 40 rooms away from the elevator, we have two special-needs children. When we went into the room it had all the housekeeping supplies stored in it. Had to go clear back to the front desk to get a different room for them to just put us 30 rooms away from the elevator. Completely unhappy with the entire experience, Not to mention how rude the front desk lady was about the whole situation. My wife even had to tell her to stop yelling at her that there was no need to raise her voice. Completely unprofessional all the way around!

Great spot to stay easy and convenient to get off the freeway and access got to the property too late. All the restaurants were closed, but they looked really good. They also have death proof coffees first coffee bistro

It took well over 30 minutes to check in. There was one person serving a line of at least 10 people waiting to check in. Another person just sat behind the counter, not doing anything.
