Yes, the hotel is old. Hence the wear and tear seen throughout. The price was very reasonable. You can’t book a hotel for less than $100 a night and expect a 5 star hotel. Overall, my room was clean and I had no issues.

Nothing in the area is open, the only stuff avaliable is what is going on in the casino and thats it. Everything's shutting down, even sections of the casino are not open. They also randomly charged over 4k to my debit card and im unable to get through to them to give me the money back. No explanations as to why this charge was even added.

The rooms are in poor shape everything is dirty. The Front Desk only had 1 agent at check in time. It was past 45 minutes when another not so happy agent joined the check in process. I was checked in by possibly a Manager and he was kind and apologize but had issues checking me in with the printer and logins. No ice machine on my floor. The ones in the other floor had calcium build up I did not feel safe to get ice as the machines looked unsanitzed. I had to make sure I wore sandals to take a shower as the tub was black and grimy the bathroom had mildew stains, paint chipped, shower head was not adjustable which return was very harsh water pressure to my skin not a pleasant shower the A/C unit was very loud. This hotel was the only hotel being able to host guest due to a big event in the Desert Arena and they should have prepared better. A great feature was the shuttle, and the food trucks. Even the cocktail waitresses were unfriendly. They had great live band for the after party from the concert.

Not really a resort but good value.

Rooms have been renovated and are very nice. Mattress not firm enough for me but everything else good. Resort is stripped down now. Only one food choice. No Valet parking. Still has nice exercise room.

At the moment there are only two hotels available at the Nevada(Las Vegas) and California border. We were there for the rise festival. The hotel was 1/3 of the price of the hotels in Las Vegas. The hotel is very old, and smells, all the furniture in the rooms is very very very old and dirty. The bathroom in the room was clean which is a plus. The ceiling in the hallway was leaking and no one fixed it the two days we were there. The hotel has the smell of an old hotel, which goes with the rest of the experience. The worse part is that we had plans to use the hot spa the day we were departed. We woke up early, on Saturday, only to see the gates locked until 12 PM which corresponded with the departure time. So no hot water for us. Not an ultra horrible experience but definitely not an option unless you really need a place to sleep that is not your car or a tent. Bed was also clean. 2 stars from us.

I stayed for the night - the staff was wonderful but overwhelmed, check in was a breeze my room was ok , i know this is an old hotel the simple updates like reglazing the tub and better lighting in hallways would be a great start , the limit to food in the actual hotel was bothersome i waited 30 minute and no table and went to the show hungry came back and was in line for over an hour waiting for the diner limited after hours menu , plus side the people was all wonderful they were trying their best i would love to see this place prosper cause it deserve a chance
