This place is dead. Sketchy people. Nothing open anymore around the hotel. Gas at the nearby station is way more expensive tthan typical prices. Hard to believe this place has fallen so far from what it used to be. I won’t stop in Primm ever again.

Decent place to stay overnight on a road trip.

Just an overnight on our way to California. Older hotel, but convenient, clean, and free parking. Still has a “resort fee”🙄. We ate at the Diner inside the resort. It was fine. Only one person serving who was working very hard. It was around 9pm but still quite a few patrons. But Diner was convenient and relatively fast considering only one server. Very smoky in the casino area we needed to walk through.

The hotel needs new carpet . Old and dirty. The bed was fine . The shower was good. My biggest issue was not being allowed to park near the entrance while checking in. It’s very hard for me to walk . I had to walk a long way to check in then another long way to get to my room. Also only slots . Didn’t see any table gamesmanship

Great place to stay for a day. Clean and friendly staff. But you can tell this place is on the way out. My only complaint is in "The Diner". Your staff needs better training and support. Waited in line to pay for 15 minutes and i was 3rd.

I don‘t get the Resort-fee, the room costs 9$ per night, but Resort-fee costs around 44$, thats four times what you pay for the room. The fees are higher than the hotel room, thats crazy!

There were no card tables, no poker, no crap games. It had very little old school slot machines. The place looks like it’s running on minimal staff. The Mall is closed down. Very little entertainment. I saw a Buffalo dancing around. We need karaoke and maybe a dance area with a variety of songs and not just Mexican music. The resort fee and early room $30 check in fee was a shock! There’s nothing in the casino to do, so why the extra fees? The video slots were not paying out. I stayed two days and only heard one slot machine go off for a win. I spent 18 hours each day on slots and just kept losing. There is no high limit room. Everything is scarcely scatter in the open. It’s obvious this place is destined to close along with Buffalo Bill and Whiskey Pete’s. The Mall was a draw, but now that it’s closed, the business is lacking. I’m so sorry to see it like this. Some people have worked there over 30 years!
