Dirty , staff unwilling to help resolve check in details . Room has hair on bath floors , headboards peeling faux leather and falling pieces on sheets of bed and the room smell was not great.Pre- booked with expedia and they directly took the full payment off my wife’s credit card before arrival . Tried to pay with my credit card when I arrived and was told no by the clerk you will have to get a refund from expedia and book a new room under your card. Tried every angle and phone number to reach expedia with no luck. Terrible experience and can’t even change hotels as can’t get a hold of expedia and they stole my wife’s money before check in. Bad service to say the least.

It was okay
My stay was okay. There was another guest who caused alot of noise and damage in the room next to me, and i felt a little insecure after that. However, the horel staff dealt with it quckly. I always check for bed bugs in a room, there werent any but i woke up with a scattered rash on my face, arms and back. Im not sure what its from. I did let the front desk attemdant know when i left. Ovetall, the room was clean and the service was good.

Great! But !!!!!!
Our stay was excellent but we did have one complaint. That was that the breakfast hours were not good, they ended at 9:30 which was really early on a holiday.As a result we had to go elsewhere on one of our mornings.
