The hot tub had brown bubbles in it, th pool was extremly dirty. I booked a room the night before and accidentally cancelled it three minutes after booking and they wouldn’t honor a refund so I payed double for a room. Check in was horrible they couldn’t find my reservation

The worker tried to shut the pool 10 minutes early. He Did shut the waterslide down early. Very Grey towels that are supposed to be white. So disgusting! Stained towels. Stained/stink Rugs. absolutely disgusting.Old everything!!! Outdated. Room furnishings are old. Heater doesn’t work in room.

We stayed for 3 nights, and although you really can’t be outside after 11 pm in PA (there seems to be a lot of homeless) the hotel was clean, the staff was great, and the bar & restaurant were excellent. Seriously we ate at the restaurant for 5 meals, and the food was exceptional. The chicken and waffles for breakfast were beautiful and tasty. The pork chops were very Good!

Did not even make it to the room. The hotel is attached to the casino and there was a whole bunch of sketchy looking people in the lobby and lingering outside. I did not feel safe keeping my vehicle full of items there so I changed hotels. Staff was very nice about it and understanding at least
