I accidently booked the wrong room. There was not enough beds for my family. I was able to be moved to another room quickly with no issues. Staff was very friendly, room was clean, and my family enjoyed the pool area.

It's showing features of being worn it. Toiletry holders were broken. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Smelled of urine. Wifi was also down for maintenance for a few hours and there was no TBA time for restoration. Aside from the bathroom situation and wifi. Beds were clean and comfortable, along with general room area.

Staff were extremely rude to my daughter for having a 3rd birthday party for her daughter. Was being accused of having a pool party and housing alot of people. (The other people around the pool area were NOT with them).There were only 4-5 kids that were with my daughter. And 3 that actually stayed at the hotel. The others were family that came in to celebrate her birthday party. At checkout time they demanded an extra $300 from my Daughter and her spouse for having a "Pool Party".
