New hotel. Sheets stained with multiple body fluids and hairs. Staff initially refuses to remake bed because it was late. Suggested it was our fault for bringing it up so late - it was after 10. Told us it was just bleach - umm three different colors and hairs - no. Had to have them come back to replace pillow covers. Stay somewhere else.

I didn’t like that the Pool was closed. The doors were sticky to the point that I was not confident that my door would be locked when I left the room. I had to pull and push the door closed.

Could use a deep clean of furniture.

The closet doors and room doors are loud when sutting and awoke several times in the night due to the noise. There was stains on the small couch looked like food, blood and an unknown substance.

This experience was horrible. We checked in and they said the card was not charged and they needed cash, which was strange. Provided cash and Khushi had no information about the breakfast, hot tub or where the room was, she also didn't provide a receipt. Got into the room and it had not been cleaned, chocolate under the bed, sheets not replaced and there was gum on the ceiling. There was no management in on a Monday and wouldn't be in until the next day. Someone came to clean the room but he used the ladder backwards and nearly went through it. Shail refunded us and we got a nice room at the Premier Best Western
