First, I have 3 kids 4,6, and 8 years old they put us on the 4th floor without any concern and consideration since the elevators is not working. Second, the WiFi is too poor to used. 3rd, The stair way going to our room is there some smell that cannot be tolerated. 4th, It should be theres a microwave in every room use to heat the take out food for some snacks but it doesn't have. But the serving breakfast food is very good theres a lot of choices the table and chairs are clean and the area was god over all rating is fair.

It dissapointed me. I choosed the hotell because it has pool and hot tub but at the two night I stayed the pool and hot tub was closed. Also the elevator was not working so I have to carry on my liggage down the forth floor. The hotel was clean and offer nice breakfast. The parking lot was dirty and not pleasant.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast area was spacious. Breakfast items were generally good. Fresh fruit like oranges, apples, bananas would have been nice. The bed was comfortable; the bedlinen was fresh and clean. The TV only worked on one channel. I didn't use it and did not report it while I was there.

Ramada should be ashamed

One of the worst Ramadas I have stayed in. Staff were nice when you found them. Hotel was dirty. Floors, wall, ceiling. Do not think about going for a walk anywhere at night. Very bad location. Breakfast was hot and good at least.

Pretty much the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms were dirty. The bed skirts had red stains all over them, the floor was sticky - would dare take socks off. The bathroom walls had holes in them, the toilet seat had cracks and chips out of it. There was boogers and red marker over the walls. The elevator smelled very bad. I attempted several times to call and email the manager to voice my concerns, but never got a reply or call back. For two nights it was almost $500 - it was absolutely ridiculous. Will never go back. Ever.

Absolutley livid with the customer service received when i arrived to check in for my stay. I checked in early on the app. And arrived at 2:50 to check in. I was informed that my room was not yet cleaned and would take a extra 25min until it would be done. I patiently waited in the parking lot and returned as instructed only to be notified that they would not accept my booking because my drivers licence had a prince albert address. When i asked the lady at the desk why this would be a problem she would only reply "hotel policy" with no explanation as of why this would be a issue. I was left without any place to stay and no explaination.
