Rundown hotel that needs serious TLC
Very run down hotel. Was clearly a closed hotel that re-opened as a Ramada but FAR below typical Ramada standards. I do not recommend staying here.

The o ly redeeming quality of our stay was the continental breakfast and its staff. The front end staff also wasn’t horrible, but not being able to get towels after 5 requests was ridiculous. The room we were in was in awful shape, damaged throughout and wasn’t properly cleaned at all. We spent our first out upon our stay cleaning it to be sanitary for our 3 kids. There were stains in the carpet, black mold on the walls and the room was in general disarray. The pool was cold and the hot tub was no longer in service, as well as the shower for rinsing off after. The carpets in the stairwells weren’t touched once while we stayed there, so we didn’t bother having the staff come into our rooms, they don’t clean up anyway. Upon complaints of how bad the circumstances were, the useless front end staff offed a 10% discount and gave us a whopping $16.11 for our trouble, which only amounts to under 5%. This place has been run into the ground by horrible staff and owners very clearly and I will NEVER stay at this dump again. Truly disgusted that I wasn’t offered a thing while they pocketed our hard earned dollars.

I am disappointed that expedia rated this hotel as a 7.2. It was more like a 3. Potholes in the parking lot We arrived around 5 pm and the hallways were full of dirty towels and clutter. Had to ask for hand soap and bath towels. Funky smell in hallways. Carpet dated. Hot tub was empty. No explation why. Lots of transient people in area. I think expedia needs to better their rating system . We will never come here again.

Floor was sticky in the hallways, elevator smelled like urine, carpet in the room was damp, and I didn’t sleep all night because I was watching to make sure my truck wasn’t being broken into or stolen.
