The staff was extremely helpful.

Front desk charged me an extra $30 USD for my husband. After paying he asked which way we should go to find the room she said I'm talking to her since she is the one rented the room. That was so rude and disrespectful I couldn't even react I was so in shock. Very ignorant and rude of her first time in Trinidad and that is one experience I won't forget. Now I see what my husband was talking about.

The space is great it needs updating though. I saw from last year other guests suggested a few things that would make a guest’s stay much more enjoyable but those things one year later has not been done. We stayed for carnival and the distance to events held in the Savannah was amazing. Message to the owner(s) toilet paper holder, towel rack, shower door or curtain, spray for ants, fix bathroom door so it can close properly, a/c in living room, new pots, paper plates, plastic forks, kettle etc. just to name a few would make a person’s stay perfection.
