The gentleman at the front was hard to understand. A few nods and we are okay. The hotel appears to be an older with the dingy carpets in the hallway and the loose tiles and cracking grout in the bathroom. It meant my needs for the night.

The air conditioning was an old unit and did not work well. The bed tilted and was not comfortable. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean.

I had a poor experience in my hotel room as the shower was not functional and the faucet was inoperable and locked in place, I was unable to turn it on. There was visible mold spots on the tub floor which also was disturbing and most of all, concerning for my health as well.

The clerk that check me in was not friendly and did not adequately explain why he was putting $40 hold on my credit card. He gave me to believe it was in case I or my family members broke or took things. But the clerk who check me out and the clerk at the Bistro were very friendly and accomodating. I did not appreciate that we had to ask for clean towels the next day and I did not appreciate that our room was not made tidy while we were out. The refrigerator did not work well.

I hated the fact that I was put in a HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ROOM(which I didn’t ask for) No trashbags in garbage pails in room Tissue box had 1 tissue in it. The key plate(black cover) Room 406 kept coming off. I was very unhappy with my stay on this visit. Last month I visited (under my boyfriend name Daniel Martino)and stayed at hotel and it was a nice experience. This time I was very disappointing

This property is clean but very outdated. It says there is a bar and restaurant onsite. More like a cafeteria counter. If you want a drink, you either buy beer and wine from the little store by the lobby desk, or bring it with you. The "restaurant is a small cafeteria counter with non perishable food containers. They are open from 5p to 6:30p

I did not like having to purchase coffee from the"bistro".Normanlly it is available for free in the lobby. Yes I did have coffee in my room but it was undrinkable. The staff were very friendly and courteous.
