There were bugs on the bed, a huge spider in the room webbed near night stand and a spider in the bathtub making a web off the faucet.

After a long week of work, it was so nice to have a good nights rest in a comfty bed. Both the bed and pillows were super comfty and I'm so happy we had the opportunity to safe at Holiday Inn. In addition, I noticed that there were DOVE products which was also great!. Thank you for having us.

Upon our arrival our shower wasn’t cleaned, the tv wouldn’t work at all aside from static, there were no trash bags in any of the cans and all of the lamps and fixtures were dirty. It seemed like the place had been thrown together last minute with no care

I checked in Aug 13 evening and the person who helped me was courteous, attentive and willing to help.
