Room was tight had ask for microwave which they accommodated , our garbage pails didn’t have bags we had ask for our own garbage …there is no security so there were kids running around our hallways .. parking lot had kids playing baseball which was lil unsafe if a car would get hit w ball ?plus for many They had restaurant downstairs but everything was near even ihop my rating was because room was tight for 4 I had stayed holiday inn n room was wider overall. Ice place much pricier than others I’ve stayed n no breakfast which I believe sb complimentary for the guests ….ty for our stay

The hotel itself is nice and in a secluded area. There were a lot of kids here due to a baseball tournament. This group of people started with a party at the pool then when the pool closed there were adults and kids literally partying out front of the establishment as well as in the parking area. It was 10pm and staff allowed them to crowd the entrance. The room is a nice size, clean. Not too far away from restaurants for dinner. The air conditioning did not work in my room! It was stuffy the entire night! I didn’t realize it until after a shower and ready to go to sleep. By this point I was too tired to go to the desk and request a new room especially with the kids running around the halls. My mistake was not checking it before I got comfortable

No one at front desk when I arrived ~9 pm, but soon after quick, efficient check-in, correct accommodation as booked via Expedia. Safe, easy parking. Busy large property. 3rd floor room had noisy bunch of children sitting on floor in hallway. Moved to play/throw balloons in front of my door. Opened, told them this was not a play area; went into their rooms. Clean, comfortable room, although no a.c. on, so took awhile to get cool. Could not get wi-fi to work with my last name and room number. Only negative in bathroom was very dirty rubber part of shower head, water not coming out all holes, not good water pressure for morning shower—needs to be replaced. Bed a little soft, but slept well 7.25 hrs even facing pool/interstate traffic. Overall, good place to stay—full dining room, but did not eat there.

We stayed for one night and had a great time. Restaurant has good food. All staff are great and friendly. The beds were amazing and rooms were quiet and clean. My only complaint was despite having a decent gym for a hotel with free weights and a bench, the temperature in there was uncomfortably hot. It didn’t stop me but I was sweating bullets.

There was a wedding, the reception area was so loud made checking in difficult, staff were singing to music and made checking in different. Pool was dirty, had hair, bugs and particles in pool. Called down to ask for a bed sheet twice, and never received it… Would not book again as I have season park tickets, I will be staying somewhere else.
