Very roomy with plenty of desk space and seating. Minifridge but no microwave. The temperature adjustment in the tub and shower was not working properly. We could get cold or very hot water but nothing in between. The breakfast buffet was worth the $7 per person upgrade.

They did not clean our room even though we asked them in the morning before we left the hotel. We returned in our room around 4pm and the room was not clean, so called the front desk and ask them to send someone for cleaning at 6pm. The confirmed that but later I found out that the cleaning service is offered until 17.30. So they couldn’t clean our room. The just gave us a couple of towels. Not staying this hotel ever again.

absolutely incompetent staff - the worst hyatt experience!!!! I am a Princetonian who came back to visit after 15 years and the service was completely unacceptable. They did not clean our rooms and the property is sub-par. The staff also does not communicate with each other. I would never recommend to anyone and I am definitely not coming back to this one!!!

My family and I had a wonderful time!!! The staff was very pleasant and my gsons enjoyed the pool!! Thinking about coming for Xmas just to see the lights!!! This hotel has become my go to spot when I come to town!

Room was very clean.. carpet threadbare depressing decor. Was kept awake by young kids/ adults at night and first thing in am. 5-6am. Took our granddaughter to the pool and couldn’t stay because the aroma of vomit in the pool area was overwhelming. Clearly not what I expected from a Hyarr in Princeton!

My only issue was the room that shared a connecting door with me had a party going on. Sounds like a group of kids playing sports in the hotel room. The walls are thin so I could hear everything. Otherwise, the staff were great and the facilities were nice and clean.

We paid for a room for 3 including a pullout sofa. We returned to the room late in the evening only to discover there were no linens for the foldout. After 2 calls to the front desk followed by a trip to front desk, we belatedly only received a very thin blanket. They told us they didn’t have any spare linen. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night's sleep for my son.
