Everything was awesome the staff was great and welcoming, especially shanieta I don't know if I'm spelling her name right,but she was very helpful and provisional when we needed anything. Good job the hotel is clean and quiet.

My stay was very decent. Appliances were very outdated could use some renovations. The desk chair was horrible could use new ones. The bathroom was the only place I can say I really enjoyed the most you can tell it was newly renovated I hope they can do the same with the room it's self . Overall my stay was decent and I was able to get some much needed rest.

This place felt really dirty. Stains on the bedding and carpet, trash on the floor in the hallways, generally dusty. Spend a little extra and go elsewhere for the peace of mind.

Very run down. Dirty over all and it smells like a roadside motel. The redeeming quality was the waffle maker for breakfast which was descent.

1.) I requested a main level room, did I get it ? No. Not even a email back saying it wasn’t available. 2.) my card did not work so I had to go ALL THE WAY BACK DOWN WITH MY CHILD & ALL THE CARRYONS TO REACTIVATE MY CARD. Soooooo frustrating.
