Spacious

The room was spacious and it was nice that the shower and bathroom had separate rooms. But we had a room on the first floor close to the lobby and for 3 hours at night there were very loud guests walking back and forth. The door did not block out a lot of the hallway noise.

Rooms are spacious, a few maintenance items should be addressed. Pool is very small and water was cloudy. There were multiple sports teams staying there and as such it was very noisy.

Would book again…..

Family of 5 stayed due to our central AC being down; rooms were comfortable and pretty clean. No bugs. The only area for improvement would be breakfast. And only complaint is two of the four nights there was a large crowd (may have been a party) in the lobby/bar area that was very loud until early morning hours (our room was on the first floor); and hotel close to Trenton airport so you can hear planes flying directly over the hotel.

Our stay was amazing. We had trouble with our keys and they fixed them easily and quickly. Breakfast was amazing every morning and the customer service was over the top.

My opinion

Room was ok. Staffs ok. But some gym equipment was not working. Swimming pool maintenance was very terrible. Water looked foggy, bugs floating , floor was not clean, instead of feeling refreshed, it felt dirty after getting in water. They need to do better in swimming pool maintenance. Out of two elevators, one was out of order in most of our stay. Breakfast was ok. Parking space good. Had shampoo conditioner body wash. You have to ask for toothbrush and toothpaste.

Our room was missing soap and hair conditioner but those are miner problems. The elevators didn’t work and my husband is handicapped. The lady in charge of breakfast bar was rude when I politely said the coffee urn was empty. On a positive note the room was clean.
