I have given this property a 4 star because of one flaw, otherwise I would have given it a 5 star. For the three days that I stayed there, nobody ever knocked on the door asking if I ran out of any toiletries, let alone ask to clean the room. I am a cleaning freak. I had to make my bed and also clean and take out my garbage to the outside trash can.I hope they improve on this as all customers are not the same with tolerance of environmental issues.

The front desk receptionist acted as though I was an inconvenience upon check in. The pull out sofa bed was broken. The breakfast was cold and not fully cooked.

The breakfast was very basic and seemed to be thrown together at the last minute. The mattress on the pull-out couch was too big so we couldn't sit on the couch comfortably and the couch had an ugly stain on it. The appliances in the kitchen were very old. For the most part, the room itself was clean, but seem to be missing update features. The room key didn't work for the side door. The drapes were old and some were hanging off the rode. Even though the size of the room meet our needs, it won't be our first choice in the future.
