The hotel is clean, staff not very friendly, gave the feeling that although they check you in, they actually do not see you. Cold and not friendly.

When I arrived check in was smooth other than the clerk had the all phone lines ringing. I arrived to my room brought my luggage left went to grab a bit to eat came back ate and wanted to take a nap go to get under the covers and the sheets had stains and tons of hair all over the sheets 😔 I tried calling front desk no answer went to the lobby waited 10 minutes for clerk. The clerk finally arrived even though I was 1st in line he checked others in them followed me to the room took pictures of the souled linen, tried getting me another room then had to lug all my luggage to that room. I was a tired and to aggravated to ask anything else.

I booked a room for my son birthday. The room was pretty big but was comfortable and a lot of problems with the Wi-Fi though and the phone didn’t even work. Didn’t even have a dialtone. I went there more for the pool. The pool was nice but a bit cold. Overall, the state was OK I guess
