Staff was great! Door Lock batteries died, took a while to get back into our room as it was being fixed and were late to a game we had tickets for because of it. 1st night my daughter and I had allergies only in our room, like we do with cats or dogs. 2nd night was better. Both breakfasts were PACKED as size doesn't fit the number of people in hotel.

The staff are terrific ! Very helpful n kind !! I stay here a few times a year.. n have for many years ! The breakfast is really good and the hotel is very clean ! Nice restaurant next door !
