The staff were all excellent. Very friendly and wanting to help. The only minor things were 1, the wash cloths in the bathroom had embedded hair thay survuved the laundry service, with one of the wash cloths being very dark yellow, and 2, the pool water looked so cloudy, we dis not dare dip oir toes. The hallways, common areas and the hotel room were clean and well-vacuumed

When you book they should let you know ahead of time that even though you already paid they still put a big hold on your card was unaware it would be that much. They need to disclose that info. Had to borrow money for the hold.

It would be nice to add more breakfast dish and danishes. We came down to have breakfast at 9:45 am and staff said they will not replenish hot dogs anymore because breakfast is done at 10 am. The scrambled eggs are overcooked and dry - no taste. It would also be nice if there were more selections on bread. Although, Stacy was so kind to have our breakfast prepared for pick up in the morning because we are a dragon boat team and we were racing that morning and our call time was at 6:30 am. Thank you Stacy.

Two night stay for move-in of student at Brown.

This hotel is a 12 minute drive to Brown University. It is centrally located and easy to get around. The staff was amazing! They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only thing that we noticed was that our room appeared to be a little bit “ tired” as the USB outlets next to the bed did not work

super clean, modern hotel

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Hotel and room were very clean & bed super comfortable. Internet was very fast. Breakfast was great--good options and a little different each day. ~10 mins to Providence College. Didn't get to use the pool, gym, etc as I was pretty much at a conference all day until ~9pm each night. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.
