Would’ve liked to have seen a digital clock in the room, so I wouldn’t have to grab my phone (& eyeglasses) to see what time it was when I woke up in the middle of the night. Toilet seemed low, but it was clean & worked well.

Manager at this hotel was very rude and was not accommodating for any of the issues that were going on. Also pool was ice cold and they had the ac running so it was even colder when you got out of the hot tub that only had one jet working

Winter…. Not the best stay!!

We have stayed at this hotel several times last summer and it was better. This time being winter, the day we arrived it had snowed and the parking appeared to be plowed, side walks weren’t so much. Lot of icy patches and no salt or other remedy for those situations. The heat in the room was very sporadic. It was either very warm or it was blowing cold air. The stay was just 2 nights, but not the best.

Unexpected inconvenience

My son wanted to go swimming and I always loved this hotel. I was disappointed that each time we wanted to leave the pool we had to walk back to the desk for a new key, my son was cold and wet standing there as we had to go back and forth just to get our pizza order and then to go back for anything. I'm not sure what the purpose the pool keys serve other than an inconvenience to those trying to relax. My son didn't even want to go back to the pool after the second time needing a new key.

The breakfast was either undercooked (home fries) or overcooked eggs sausage etc or looked like it had been sitting there too long. The hotel has bed bugs and the rooms were not the cleanest. Will not stay there again

First impression

We visit family in Warwick a few times a year and always pick a hotel near the airport. This was our first time at the Hampton inn and we found the room to be clean and comfortable. They offered a very nice free breakfast which would be a bonus for families.

The hotel reeks of cigarette smoke. The first room we went into was not cleaned: sticky floor, not vacuumed, hair in the shower and toe nail Clippings on the floor in the bedroom! We requested another room and the front desk person didn’t even ask why and gave us a second room. The second room stank so strongly of cigarette smoke (smoke free sign outside the door), wasn’t vacuumed, and lights weren’t working. We asked for a refund which they processed and the front desk again didn’t question why or apologize. We ended up going to the hotel next door. We’re currently waiting for the refund to process, but clearly no one at this hotel cares or takes pride in providing a clean space

Hotel was just ok. I was very surprised when I checked in and they charged an extra $100 per night in incidental fees on my card. I’ve traveled a lot and one fee for the entire stay is typical not per night. For people traveling on a budget this could be difficult to have that hold on their card until they check out. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.
