This hotel could use some improvement.

It would have been more convenient if the hotel offered airport pickups for guests. We had to walk from the airport past 10 pm after being informed by a staff member with an Indian accent that transportation was unavailable. The room's carpet could benefit from a thorough cleaning. The gym was pleasant and clean, and the complimentary breakfast could use some improvement.

Bathroom is dim since the overhead light above the mirror is busted. Housekeeping should have a checklist to check if all light bulbs are working, etc. Good breakfast. Area is nice.

The staff and breakfast at the hotel were wonderful. The hotel itself was not well maintained and in disrepair. The gym had very few working machines and not many dumbbells, several were missing.

Our first room had not been made up at 9:30pm! The hall area around the elevators needed vacuuming and the walls needed repair & paint. Our next room was made up but the hallway was dirty & needed vacuuming. The room furniture was pretty beat up. The loveseat and king mattress were Very Saggy and awful. The bathroom tub was clean but old stains to the cast iron. The faucet was pitted and splashed out of the sink when turned on. Old smelly carpets.Breakfast was good and so was the Common Area. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. This hotel was NOT what I have come to count on from Hampton Inn.

Gym was ok Used the bike but video screens don’t work. Also it was very cold in there Our room didn’t have a microwave had to go down the hall by the ice maker. Got back to the room and ants were everywhere around a bag containing a pastry. Bathroom floor was filthy and no Kleenex. I read reviews about the thin walls and expected to hear voices or tv not loud moaning! Breakfast not bad.

The hotel was dirty, the table between the beds fell off the wall and the TV stopped working. The area felt unsafe with people hanging around in the parking lot. The staff was kind but appeared to feel helpless with the hotel's condition.

There was no light in the room very dark room. Television didn't work there was no tissue or toilet paper in the room. I had a double bed. The sheets on the second bed were dirty. The tub was dirty. The pool was not available. The ice machine on my floor was not working. There were spiderwebs in my room. I gave a great deal of Grace because the hotel was older. The hotel staff was wonderful.

The Hampton Inn was run down, not like other Hampton Inns I have stayed in the past. Needs renovation. The bathtub was scratched, dirty, old, had mold around the caulking, so much so my husband and I did not use shower. Bathroom sink faucet was old not working properly. Desk chair, gold/yellow cloth cover had numerous stains obviousy needs to be replaced. Owners should paint, rechaulk bathrooms. In general major renovations needed. Indoor pool was closed due to needing repairs. We would have left but had a 6 am flight the following morning so just stayed. I will never go back to that Hampton Inn.
