Unexpectedly disappointed

I unfortunately arrived to find an unclean environment. The floor was dirty in the bathroom and bedroom, the bathroom toilet had a pubic hair on the toilet seat, bloody toilet paper behind the toilet, and used tissues in a tissue box.

Not as good as last year

I’ve stayed at this Hilton several times in the last two years. The atmosphere has taken a definite downturn since I was there in 12/23. I really enjoyed staying here in the past. I did not feel particularly welcomed in 12/24. The staff was not as warm and welcoming. Also, the bed was not comfortable. It needs to be replaced. Money isn’t everything! Take care of your employees and they will take care of your business.
