If you stay on any floor and get the room next to the elevator, (I was in room 226), be prepared to hear it everytime it is in use.They couldnt change our room due to full capacity, but could of offered a discount, but instead, I got oh, so sorry. You are next to the highway as well, so bring ear plugs!!!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating in helping ensure we had a great experience! We stayed in a suite for 2 nights for our wedding and we were so pleased with our view and setup. While the general facilities were good the hotel is in an inconvenient and very noisy location. Unfortunately I didn’t check the exact location of the place (entirely my fault) and missed the fact that the back of the hotel is right next to an 8 lane super busy highway. Our room happened to be on that side, looking out to the highway and it was very noisy throughout the night. The general location was also hard to get to by car. For our next stay in Providence I will look for a place downtown.
