The worst part of our trip was our experience with Expedia who never booked our reservation. The Expedia staff was extremely unhelpful. The host staff was very pleasant, but not truthful, the hotel is under construction, and there were issues with our plumbing and heat in our room. Had to call maintenance multiple times and they still could not fix the draining of the faucet. Looks like the hotel is doing cosmetic changes, but they really need to do changes to the overall plumbing and heating which probably will not get addressed.

Bathroom light would go off, very noisy HVAC and windows wouldn't insulate from outside noise, small shower head that is good for cats, $3 bottled water. Now the restaurant - terrible experience, smug server, coupon indicated full buffet breakfast but was given instead only an option of 3 sugary carb meals.

The room was dirty and the whole hotel smelled. We paid $32 just to park. Seems very overpriced for what they offered. Absolutely not worth what they charge to stay! Parking should be included in the stay.

Parking is outrageous at $32 a night. $50 a night for incidentals is outrageous. A water bottle for three dollars when it’s offered in the room is outrageous. The building is outdated with lots of poorly maintained and kept walls and floors and fixtures. The toilet did not flush well. The bathtub faucet did not work well and is falling off.The maid tried to come in my room at 8 AM when I was still very much in my room and checkout is not until 11. She was coughing loudly through the hallway like she was very sick, but still wasn’t work. She did not cover her mouth. She went from room to room, coughing and coughing. The buffet that was offered for breakfast did not exist. Which I had purchased. Instead, it was a sitdown breakfast. It was very slow. It took a half an hour to get served breakfast and I was the only person in the entire restaurant. The business center consists of nothing more than a printer. The building is old dilapidated looking. The sofas in the waiting area looks saggy and unkempt. Just the whole thing was a complete and utter disappointment. Not what I’m used to with the Hilton. Not at all. I would even go as far as to say this is the worst Hilton I have ever stayed at with a high price

Room was a sauna! Tried switching to AC just to cool it off and nothing worked! The room never got under 82 degrees!

The hotel is being renovated, the elevator would get stuck with us in it. The bathroom had a weird scent to it. The shower was not the best. Personnel was super nice an welcoming. We’re going back in February and wouldn’t stay there again.

Hotel is old and it looks it. Front desk not particularly friendly. Room ok but not worth the price. Old furniture, the promised micowave and fridge absent, borderline comfortable bed and pillows. They could not accomodate room on the same floor with my friends although I made reservations way in advance for both rooms. Good location; excellent waitress at the bar/ pub of the hotel.
