Staff in the amenities were wonderful.. Just having a hard time getting the $30 deposit returned to my card on file, it was a hold for incidentals. Which we didn’t use or have. Would love that returned. Sent a message no response. But yes, I would use this property again

I didn’t stay here long but the amount of issues that happened during my stay was terrible. Ever again am I booking this hotel in this location. The bathroom had huge fruit flies, toilet was leaking, the bed it self was caved in, and last but not less the hot water was down and black stuff was leaking out from the shower head and the sink. This all happened in the short amount of time I was here. Asked the front desk and they still have not got to me about this issue.

Room was dirty, lock on my door was broken looked like someone used wood glue and paint to cover it. Peeling wallpaper- dirty shower, floors not vacuumed- Found walnuts and fish oil pills on the ground. Rips in the couches, and lamps. Staff in the breakfast area were rude when asked questions about breakfast. Locked the refrigerator with yogurts and stated they cannot open it due to closing the breakfast area early. Pretty ridiculous seeing how I just wanted a single yogurt before my 3 hour drive home.

Everything was great overall; however, the indoor pool water was extremely cold, about the same temperature as an outdoor pool in winter, which made it unusable. This defeats the purpose of having an indoor pool.
