Like cinnamon rolls. Dodnt like when we walked onto the hotel it wreaked of Marijuana. Our room was dirty. A loofa was left hangin in the bathroom, pubic hair on corner shelf, hairs on the ac/heat unit, spills in the microwave, some kind of substance on the door of microwave, and spillage all over the freezer. I informed the front desk when we were leaving for the day. He said he would take care of it. When we returned several hours later the bed was made but nothing else was touched. Went back to the same guy at the front desk and he gave us a new room. Ewww will never stay here again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There was food all over the floor of our room, gum smushed in the carpet, no lightbulbs in any of the lights, the air conditioning didn't work properly, there were loud parties going on in the lobby. I actually left and went and checked into a different hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Stayed for one night – excellent place! The room was neat, comfortable, and the breakfast was good. One suggestion for improvement: I noticed that coffee and supplies in the breakfast area weren’t being replenished quickly when they ran out, and I had to request help from the front desk.

Our check in time was 3pm. We attempted to check in but were told our room was not ready. There were a lot of people waiting for there rooms, not just us. We didn't get our room until 7:00 pm. I'm typing this not for a refund but as a service to the Franchise to get this place running more efficiently. In all my years I have never experienced this, we question whether we will ever stay at a Holiday Inn again.

Friendly staff, breakfast was average, our first assigned room was not ready and had to get another room. Later a mother and daughter were assigned our new room and had to get another one. There should be better training to avoid these kinds of issues.

RI class reunion.
This Express was definitely not up to the standards that I have seen at others. It was good enough for me, 2 nights, but if my girlfriend was with me there she would have had issues with the condition and the breakfast not 100% ready at 6:30. Also charge $50 to my credit card so I have to see what that was for. I would probably stay there again if the price was right.

We called to find out if there was anyway we could check in an hour earlier-we would have paid or agreed to leave earlier in the morning. We were attending a wedding and we preferred to drive to the hotel in comfortable clothes and change at the hotel but told no. We thought somehow this could have been accommodated. Disappointed
