Bad experience.
Check in and check out experiences were friendly and efficient. However, our overall was NOT good. Our room was on the 1st floor and was very noisy all night long with people talking and coming/going. The room was dated, and floors were dirty. My family was awakened at 3 a.m by the police banging & yelling at the door next to ours. An assault had taken place. The situation was scary for my daughter and we could not go back to sleep afterwards. We will not be staying here again. The room was expensive, almost $400. Not worth it at all.

Great place to stay for easy access to Roger Williams Zoo. Pool was great for the kids with towels being refilled as we swam. Breakfast was hot and options were plentiful for all. They even upgraded us which never happens to me… so I was so excited! Great hotel for money.!

Property owners aren’t very flexible on the nightly rate. She refused to match the price of the other Holiday Inn Express in Coventry RI because she said they are all individually owned. The price of the room is not worth what you get.
