We arrived on a busy weekend with a pending snow storm. We were not notified at check in that the pool was closed and under construction. We found out on our own accord that it was closed. Upon arriving to our room, the counters hadn’t been wiped down nor had the bathroom as evidenced by the long dark hairs that were on the ceiling next to the bathroom ceiling fan. Throughout the night, we had heard two small dogs consistently barking and if that wasn’t bad enough, other guests were yelling for them to shut up and slamming the doors until after 4am. It was a very disappointing stay to say the least. Upon check out, the woman did not even ask how was your night or stay? She barely made eye contact. Needless to say, we will not be back.

So this hotel's pool was out of orser and that's why we picked it because it had an indoor pool, also could open blinds because they were totally broken. Desk check in guy was silent and rude. It was a HUGE disappointment! I come to Rhode Island often to visit my grandson and i will not stay there again!

I like when the hotel provides a hot beverages ( tea and coffee) to clients. This propertie does. It is small think but makes huge difference specially on the cold dsys. I also love the fragrance of the soup and shower gel. Beautiful fresh scent. Thank you Home2 Suits for a pleasant stay.

The property was very neat and clean. The room had a few mechanical issues both the entrance and ajoining doors were clearly damaged and poorly repaired. The room to room insulation was poor. The noise from the ajoining room was as though we were in the other space.
