The only suggestion was to have someone service the AC in room 326. It was extremely noisy in the bedroom as the HVAC unit is housed in a closet by the bed. So that was a bit noisy while sleeping but we were grateful for the AC given the heat! Thanks again - staff is really helpful and friendly. Appreciated having a gluten free options for breakfast. See you for our next RI visit!

The hotel was clean, the pool and hot tub were great. Our suite was perfect for two adults and two kids. There were restaurants close. The ease of check in and the friendliness of staff was a welcome bonus!

Would not recommend

Sticky substance on the ground in the kitchen, crumbs on the floors of the hallways, used coffee cup that was presented as clean. Dusty spots in bedroom and bathroom floors. The lobby looked nice but the rooms are dated. The ten dollar parking fee in that area, which is just an industrial park, is a rip off. They did refund it to me when I complained. I’d save your money. The free breakfast and pool was nice.

The staff were all so friendly, and helpful. The breakfast buffet and comfy dining area was great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was awesome! The only downside was there wasn't any stores or restaurants in walking distance. It was a quiet area tho. We were there 10 days and would stay there again.

Family trip

Amazing service, friendly and attentive. Upon entering our room we found water in the bathroom cabinet to which maintenance reaponded immediately. The rooms were otherwise clean, spacious. The hotel listed queen beds however it felt smaller as our bed at home is queen and my 2 kids didnt fit one the bed with me like at home. The pool was open and we had it to ourselves for anout 2 hours. The bbq grills were easy to use and the outdoor space was inviting to wnjoy a few hours with the kids playing. Breakfast was decent with a variety of options and they had plenty of info for people with food allergies
