Decent, concerning detail
Heat was broken, they gave us a space heater upon request. That was outside of their control but the next morning at the breakfast there was mold on the pastry. Maybe when the hotel is more populated they’re more attentive to these details but I’m not going to come back.

Well, a dog has been barking across the hall for the last 4 hours and people slamming doors all night with a drunk wedding party. I was told it was the brides dog so apparently I’m not a priority. Meanwhile I have a very tired cheerleader that was here all day performing at the convention center and she has her final competition in the morning. I hope she can get some sleep tonight. I will likely not stay here again as we were not valued the same as other guests.

There was no customer service at all. I checked in online ahead of time as instructed but when we got to the hotel and waited 15 mins to be spoken to, they did not have record of the check in and wanted the card/ID again. Not a huge deal but what is the point of the online check in? No happy welcoming customer service. The key card envelope had safety tips listed on it, there were lots of homeless people outside the hotel. A car had run into the restaurant the day prior so it was all boarded up. We were there for a wedding, a fellow wedding guest got mugged nearby. Valet was easy and room was clean but it wasn't a great experience.
