The Omni Providence Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and remarkably safe stay in the heart of downtown Providence RI. From the moment I arrived, the sense of security and the immaculate state of the lobby and my room were immediately evident, which is a huge plus for a city center location. The staff were professional and contributed to the welcoming atmosphere. The room itself felt like a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploration. I truly felt at ease here. The Valet parking prices were on the high side but still worth the price to not worry about the safety of my vehicle as well as being able to text to valet service and have my car waiting for me when I got down to the lobby. My only two minor drawbacks, even on the 22nd floor, were: Road Noise: Unfortunately, the noise from the street below was noticeable and sometimes made for a less-than-perfect night's sleep. If you are a very light sleeper, I recommend earplugs. Bed Size: The bed sizes were smaller than I prefer a queen/king over a double, which was a slight inconvenience. Overall: While the road noise and smaller bed were minor issues, they do not detract significantly from the excellent core experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for its outstanding cleanliness, comfort, and the peace of mind that comes with a very safe downtown stay. I would happily book here again.
