The hotel is beautiful and super clean. The reception and housekeeping staff were profesional and very friendly. They did everything to make us feel comfortable and at home. We liked that we could use the covered skywalk to cross over to the shopping mall.

Ok hotel in downtown

Location is central to downtown but because of construction and freeways we still took Ubers to other neighborhoods. Once out of DT it was easy to walk everywhere. Hotel was clean, nice rooms. Front desk was awful as was restaurant and bar staff. Zero hospitality mindset.

The surrounding area was beautiful and easily walkable. Staff were nice and informative. I would have liked to know how much valet parking was before I pulled up as well as know where alternative parking was as I felt pressured into making a quick decision. The refrigerator did not keep our items cold or at a reasonable tempers and my written request to housekeeping went unanswered. Wi Fi was only free if you signed up for the free rewards, but it did include free drinks. Upon checkout the valet was quick and gave us water for the road. The connecting bridge to the mall was a huge bonus.

I stayed at Omini Rhode Island because of my daughter's school acceptance day, it was hosted by the JW University at the hotel. The hotel is very nice, very clean. I had breakfast at Fleur restaurant which was delicious, but if u are more like a pastry, muffim and all kind of coffee person, like i am, the hotel has a coffee shop, Morsel's, very good and delicious on the second floor. Their coffee and pastry was amazing. They have a little shop too. What i love the most was the proximity to the JW University. 10 minutes walking distance to the train station and lots of restaurants and coffee shop around. But the best of all is that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall, very convenient. The shopping mall is huge and I loved it. Lots of stores, coffee shops, Dave and Busters and restaurants at the food court. Try their China Wok restaurant, it is really delicious, also the Brazilian restaurant Terra Nossa, fantastic burger. At the hotel they have a valet parking and also you can park at the convention center, and it was $25 for 24 hours which was convenient for me and it was also connected to the hotel.The staff was very friendly. I really enjoyed my time staying there.
