I have stayed at this hotel many times for cheer competitions and never had any issues. This past weekend the elevators had issues and it was just awful with the number of people trying to get up and down on 2 elevators. If they plan on doing this often then they should put up ropes so that people know that they need to stay within those ropes until it's their turn. So many ignorant people cutting in front of others.

I got charged for the restaurant in the hotel that I never entered or ordered from. I am sure it is a simple mistake, otherwise the staff was great, the hotel was clean and the atmosphere was very nice.

Everything in one place!

Great place to stay! Valet the car!! It’s worth the 38$. Quick indoor walk to the mall. Had dinner at Fogo. Very convenient.

I genuinely enjoyed our stay, however it was really frustrating that our refrigerator didn’t work so they brought a new one that didn’t work and then when they bought a 3rd one up they just left it in the middle of the floor instead of switching it with the broken one. Other than that it was amazing.

Ed, the engineer was helpful in explaining why the room wasn’t cool enough for me at night. I thought the thermostat was broken but it doesn’t go below 68. I’m a middle aged woman, and keep my house at 64, so that’s way too high for he at night. The second night I got it to 67, I think he made it so. I appreciate that. I don’t need 64, but 68 is too high for my demographic! Also texting with Christine was also a great asset for the weekend.
