Great friendly staff. The hotel building condition needs an update. Housekeeping staff very loud not conscientious about guests actually sleeping! They were so loud in the hallway!

After a rough start with the staff and conditions of the room, the manager reached out and ensured the rest of our stay went smoothly. This trip was important so I really appreciated her going above and beyond to help! The location is incredibly convenient, there is access to the mall without needing to go outside which is helpful in the winter and at night. The beds are small so, unless you're petite, I would recommend only one person per "double" bed.

Check was easy. The room was ok. The outlets didn’t work and we had trouble charging devices. The bathroom faucet is backwards and hard to turn on. Pillows were k but not very supportive. No microwave in the room. WiFi was iffy
