Property was under construction with limited access and noise. Clerk was unable to provide any info upon checkout including receipt or even the total bill. Once in the room, the accommodations were fine, with comfortable beds and bath.

I understand the state of the property is not good because of the construction, but the room was just spartan, dark and badly arranged. Even without the renovation, the exterior looks like a warehouse.

Omg nowhere when booking was I told about the construction going on no soap no shampoo in bathroom no anything I’ve been staying in Warwick for work tried this hotel never again ! All the other hotels had the basics at least this place was dirty as well such a waste if my money I booked for 5 days too so I was already out a huge chunk !

Didn't know about construction. Thought the hotel was closed. Sign was not lit up. Hard to find. Parking lot closed. Limited signage. Paper signs with small print. Was lost in the dark for a while while i tried to figure it out
