This hotel is currently under construction. There is no restaurant or bar area. Staff was polite, but it was difficult to tell who the staff was because they were all dressed in their own street clothes with no sort employee identification. It was difficult to check in because guests are expected to follow confusing signs and walk a maze to find the "front desk" which is made up of two banquet tables. The person behind the tables (front desk) was reclined in a chair and he had his feet resting on the tables (I checked in at 5pm). The whole reception area smelled like weed. The room appeared to be updated, however it was not clean. There was toothpaste from a previous guest on the sink and lipstick on the back of the door to the room. The bathroom was nicely done, but the shower leaked and flooded half the floor. This property has a lot of potential, but until the construction and updating has been completed, I would not recommend staying here.

Everything smelled like Marijuana (especially at entrances). No amenities at all. Shower and toilet in one room sink and closet in another room. Towel racks in with toilet not with sink.

Amazing relaxing stay

Amazing staff, room is update clean. Some construction is going in the hotel, but that didn’t take away from the enjoyment of our stay. Will definitely book again.

Beyond impressed

Every time we stay here, each stay outshines the previous one. Staff are not only knowledgeable and well trained, they are the kindest people ever. The rooms are immaculate, and the cleanliness is unparalleled to other hotels in the area. In a world so consumed with guest overturn and profit maximization, they clearly know how to it sll right and some other local places could really take a page out of their book.

Nothing on the website revealed that this hotel was under a major renovation, and it was. Staff we dealt with were fine including the shuttle driver. The toilet and shower area seemed clean, but the separate sink area did not seem clean to me.

Under construction. Looked like an abandoned building. Entrance on side. Not locked so anyone could walk directly into hall with rooms. Door had smashed glass. Front desk uninterested in the check in. Did not explain parking or shuttle to airport. No hot water for shower. Up all night with baby crying and dog barking from other rooms.

The night manager is an a*hole

The nice receptionist/day manager said that I could leave a bag in storage during the day until I returned the next night for my reservation but the night manager refused to receive my bag and was very rude and obstructive even though I had left my bag in short storage several times before. The night manager had a very negative attitude and was rude. I made a booking elsewhere because I just did not want to deal with him anymore.
