The room we were given for the first night was very dirty, had stains on the furniture, holes on the kitchen table, and smelled very bad. It was very late at night and we were tired after a full day of travel so stayed in the room that night, getting very little sleep, then swithced to a different room the next day. That room also smelled bad, but not as bad as the first one. Though we could tell the room was cleaned by the housekeeping staff, there were still stains on the furniture, and the carpets were in dire need of cleaning. Other than that it was clean, it's just old and needs updated furnishings and carpet.
We stayed here for 15 nights due to a family emergency and wanted a kitchen. Though it was a full kitchen, it was very poorly equipped. When we asked the front staff for more items they never provided any additional items. We had to borrow kitchenware from a family member nearby.
Housekeeping only came one a week, very poor when you're there for a long time. This is a hotel, we would expect service more often. We could go to the front desk and get clean towels and toilet paper if we asked, but that was pretty much it.
The breakfast staff, Maria, was the most friendly person. She was always there to restock the hot and cold foods, coffee, and was always keeping everything very clean. The food was basic, but good, and lots of food options to choose from.
Would probably not stay here again.
