Paid for a king room. Arrived at the property was told that there were no kings left. They gave us a Murphy bed. They were very rude and disrespectful. I’ve asked Expedia to review the cameras and see how the staff was yelling and degrading me. They were racist and discriminating, they still had king beds. However, they put us in a Murphy bed even though we paid for the king. I’m still waiting for Expedia to get back to me. There’s no resolution I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I’m so taken back by this experience, the hotel won’t provide Water toothbrushes, extra towels, late checkout nothing and it was almost $500 for a pullout couch that squeaked and was extremely uncomfortable. I’m so disappointed. At check out, another lady was crying and yelling at her manager at the front desk. It seems like all the staff has issues. I can’t believe the interactions we had. I’ve never experienced this in my life.

Ballys was lovely. What spoilt it for us was not being allowed a players club card as we were not resident in the US. We regularly visit LasVegas and have never had this happen. Felt very discriminatory and spoilt our visit.

Nice hotel, nice room, great pool, Casino smoke!
The hotel is very nice but the Casino is attached so you can smell the smoke, even when you walk through the corridor to get coffee. The pool was great.

Room was plain and not pleasant. Booked an accessible room. Bed was extremely high. And at the very end of the hall. Accessible rooms should be near elevators or lower room. Room had no artwork or curtains . Very plain, and dismal like sleeping in a metal container box. Bed was comfy but very high off the floor. Long walk from room to casino. Only one way in and out.

Noce rooms, but the people above were very loud when walking. On site washers and dryers would be great to be able to get the heavy smoke smell off your clothes. Smoking should he band. It is nice that there js a no smokimg section but your lungs full up walking through the smoking section to get there.
