Bring your own toothpaste

This is my first time staying at hotel that there is $1.07 fee for a small toothpaste . Considering the price of the room were over $300 plus fee , you would think a small tube of toothpaste would be complimentary . I am not comfortable walking barefoot on carpet . They are also no slippers accommodation . Bally’s do better . Your price is high enough to covers these simple amenities .

Hotel manager checked me into room and used my card before I had arrived and before I would have been able to check in. Was unable to reach front desk for duration of my stay and only time housekeeping came to my room, they removed clean towels from the room. I could go on, but why bother. It was a place to stay with 0 service…..

Not worth the price. Find new management

First off, we got there and they gave away our twin queen room for a king size room and we had me, my wife, my 14-year-old, and my 10 year old son; so we had to figure out a way to fit for on a king size bed. Secondly, anytime you called the front desk. They would either answer and do nothing or make you go to the answer machine. When I left a message, they would never answer it or do the task asked. Also, I’ve asked to have the trash changed twice and it was never done. The front desk woman was not the nicest and I heard she was the assistant manager. I overall think this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and we’ve stayed at many hotels and resort for family vacations.
