I liked this place alotttttt..security, location, cleanliness,washing/drying facilities are just a few of the great things about this place.I already booked this place for my next visit a year in advance just to secure it.I also recommended here to the rest of my team who also booked.I would suggest though that the wifi be upgraded so it can handle the full load of guest...this is the only thing I would advise because the kids didn't hv a steady supply.

Overall a great stay.

Overall disappointed with this hotel. The staff were miserable, the guest book was full of things you can't do rather than welcoming. The hotel is extremely dated and the room poorly designed. The AC unit was next to one of the beds meaning it was too cold to have on overnight, the lighting was poor. The light over the bathroom mirror was broken (the bulb was replaced but popped almost straight away again). The only food available in the evening was a buffet which was astronomically priced.

Unfortunately, my overall experience at this hotel did not meet my expectations. While there were two female employees Natishia and Chermia who genuinely provided excellent service, the overall experience left much to be desired. I want to acknowledge those two women because they were professional, kind, helpful, and made an effort to provide the level of hospitality I expected. They were truly the highlight of my stay, and I hope management recognizes their efforts. Unfortunately, their outstanding customer service was not enough to make up for the other disappointments. One of my biggest concerns was the transportation service, starting with my pickup from the airport to the hotel. The airport pickup experience was disappointing and did not set a good tone for my vacation. When traveling internationally, especially as a solo woman traveler you expect airport transportation arranged or provided by your hotel to be organized, reliable, and welcoming. Unfortunately, that was not my experience! The food was Meh! The rooms are dated. The island had a water shortage therefore the water was barely coming out of the shower. I felt the hotel was more geared toward the local tourism market than international visitors. I respect the local culture and understand that every destination has its own atmosphere, but good customer service, communication, and hospitality should be extended to every guest. Ultimately, I felt targeted and profiled. Unfortunately I will not be returning!

An overall nice experience Pros :- friendly staff, nice view of the ocean was able to see the ferries go and come from my room (take a top floor room), nice toiletries, if you traveling with the ferry it's close to the port, good value for money if you take the breakfast package, rooms were clean and towels changed daily, friendly staff (Joseph and Tess), has its own resturant and was convenient. Cons :- was far from the airport and many of the eating places, need a car to move around , hotel was a bit dated, Overall a nice stay

The Cabana was very roomy, sleeps 3. Very clean and updated. Need to change the bathroom floors to tile, as water leaking from the shower stall raises the vinyl plank floors. Best views of the ocean, as property sits on Store Bay, very calm and beautiful beach. The breakfast was very good, but having to wait 1/2 hour for a French Toast with fruit at 7:45 am was too long. Front staff were very pleasant and helpful . Highly recommend this property for its location . Will stay again.
