This property is a perfect affordable option for those who want to be in Grace Bay without the huge price tag. Everything you need is within walking distance. The pool, grounds, and rooms were clean. The staff is friendly. And the rum punch was fabulous.

Check-in was not good. Check-in time was 3pm and we arrived at 3:15pm and the room was still not available. Waited about 45 mins for the room. Housekeeping has done a poor job in cleaning in general and did not provided replacement of soap and towels. The property is average. Sandy at the front desk was helpful in providing recommendation for beaches. The only saving grace.

There was a Grocery Store directly across the street for cheaper options for food. Easy to find and easy access to shops. The Hot Water supply was spotty. Two days out of 5 there was no hot water for showering.
