Amazing resort on Grace Bay Beach! Upgraded to an oceanfront studio which was extremely worth the view and location on the property! Resort staff was spectacular from front desk, grounds keepers, beach attendants, housekeepers, bar & restaurant staff. Sherman, Peterson, Fresnel and Enoc to list a few! I will definitely be coming back to visit! What a gem of a resort!

I stayed here five years ago and decided to come back, but unfortunately, the place really needs some updating. We stayed in a two-bedroom unit that had a cockroach, and one of the bathrooms had yellow water coming from the shower. Maintenance came to fix it, but the situation got worse when a water leak spread through both rooms. No help was offered with packing up our kitchen items, and only after I said the situation was unacceptable did they offer to move us. The staff could definitely be friendlier, and things like rusted bathroom knobs and a rusted dishwasher really show the wear. That said, the location is amazing—if all you want is easy access to a beautiful beach, this place still delivers on that.

Beautiful property and very well maintained! Room was large and had refrigerator, washer/dryer, sink and coffee maker. Pools were lovely but the beach is simply stunning! Powder soft sand and crystal clear turquoise water. Restaurant was very good too! We will be back!

Great place, second visit to the resort. Enjoyed being able to use beach gear and the bicycle available for guests. The staff are great from the time you arrive until you leave, plus helping with cabs, excursions and dinner reservations. Looking forward to a return trip to this perfect place on the beach.

Chef Hugo at Pelican restaurant cooks delicious. Staff in general is very friendly. The staff at the Catamaran not so helpful. Shairman very nice and took care of us very well. Garden beautiful and clean. The beach is a paradise.

We've stayed here several times and really love the resort. The desk staff are friendly and helpful. Sherman is fantastic and really makes RWI special. The cleaning and Pelican Bay staff are wonderful. Only complaint is that when chairs are rented to outside visitors on the beach there is no security ensuring those visitors are not distrupting guests staying at the resort. For two days in a row there were beach visitors renting chairs that were excessively loud, drunk, swearing at the top of their lungs and smoking Marijuana on the beach for hours. Truly did not feel like the quiet and serene Grace Bay experience we had in previous years and many resort guests left the beach frustrated by the noise and chaos. Beach staff were aware but couldn't actually do anything. I understand renting chairs and many visitors that did so were quiet and respectful but nothing was done about the ones that were not. Absolutely ruined the Grace Bay experience for resort guests looking to relax. Loud sexual discussions, swearing, and smoking weed on the beach while families and couples are trying to enjoy the resort they paid to stay on is not what RWI is about. A drunk man was injured and washed his blood off in the ocean next to horrified children. Please have a beach visitor conduct policy that is enforced. No other resort along Grace Bay would tolerate guests feeling uncomfortable and scared. That's far from the relaxation guests come for. It felt more like the DR than TCI. Please fix this.

We love this location and resort staff - have been coming here for years. It is family friendly and most beautiful gardens around the pools. Food and beverage is award winning - especially the jerk night and Friday happy hour tapas. A must visit for sure!

Clean and very well kept. Staff helpful and friendly. Beach was away from the main beach, not too crowded. Felt like our own private piece of the most beautiful bay! Water was crystal clear. There was a family pool and a ‘quiet’ pool for adults only, which was also great. Restaurant served great food.
