The only negative thing is that instead of a condo with 2 bdrs with 2 king beds they gave me 2 different apts with 2 queen beds and one of them the AC wasn’t working properly!! Plus the sofa bed was a disaster we had to use the sofa itself which was more comfortable!!(room 811)

Beautiful resort with an excellent staff, and walking distance to many other restaurants and the downtown shopping area. The Pelican restaurant at the resort is open all day for great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pools and hot tub are in pristine condition and the beach is absolutely pure blue clear water!

Everything is well-maintained and immaculate. All the employees are very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that the restaurant and bar were closed for renovation. I wasn't aware of this until I checked in. One of the best parts of this resort is the convenient restaurant and bar.

Beautiful property grounds and beach. Friendly staff and accomodating. Nice room with great view of the ocean. Disappointed the restaurant on the property was not open in time during our stay. A lot of other options in the area though.

Great, peaceful resort!
We loved the resort. It is really unfortunate that the pool bar/restaurant was under renovations (we did know that - not until after we booked, but we knew before we were arriving). It would have been very convenient to be able to grab lunch or drinks. And I wish they would have provided an alternative (order food, provide a small bar, or something) during this time. But that being said, we still loved our stay. We came during the off-season so the place was basically empty. We had our choice of chairs either at the beach or by the pool(s). Our room was a basic studio with botanical view and perfectly nice for us. Balcony overlooked the quiet pool and lovely landscaping. Rooms were very clean. Having use of the bikes was really nice! We biked to pick up groceries a couple days. The front desk staff, bellhop and housekeepers were all incredibly nice. The guys at the towel hut by the beach were not super friendly and generally unhelpful - they seemed annoyed to even be there. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.
