This is our second time staying at this property. The staff, grounds, and food are all excellent! We were welcomed with a beautiful fruit basket because we were return visitors. I was disappointed in our initial room, and although we were upgraded for no cost; which was amazing, the condo was lacking, and needed upgrades. The beach is a 5 minute walk but a golf cart is available to bring you as well. Alittle farther from Main Street, but a very easy 25-20 minute walk. I never felt unsafe in T&C, and we have been there 4 times! If you are looking for a beach vacation, Grace Bay is where you want to be! XO

our stay was awesome, the staff was so friendly. You need to change the pillows on the bed, they were very uncomfortable, too flat. You need to take out the Nespresso machine and put a regular coffee maker in each room. As much as we paid to stay there we should of been able to get all the water we wanted to drink for free, put a water fountain on the resort.

The good: The hotel property is beautiful and well-landscaped with two pools. Pool chairs are extremely comfortable and available without reserving. They have bikes and e-bikes available to take anytime to explore the island, which were fun and easy to use. The property is not actually on the beach, but the hotel ran a buggy to and from the beach on demand, and it was always available without waiting. The beach area is gorgeous, with comfortable beach chairs, towels and umbrellas provided, and attendants all day on site. Beds were comfortable and clean. The not-so-good: Service at the restaurant needed improvement. Service was slow, and wait staff appeared irritated with requests and orders. The food was very good when it arrived, but service was extremely slow and unreliable. We were also charged twice for our meal on the beach, which was $75 for a salad, a sandwich, and two drinks. We actually found ourselves going to nearby hotels for food and friendlier service. The room areas were generally clean.

Oasis at Grace Bay

The Oasis was a great choice. Room was nice and clean. The amazing staff is top notch. Not being directly on the beach they have staff that will take you on a golf cart within a few minutes. They provide umbrellas and beach towels at no cost. In walking distance to so many resorts and restaurants. They offer free bikes or e bikes to use which was nice for running to grocery or lunch. Many rent cars but the only cabs we needed were to/from airport and one night we went to dinner a little further away, otherwise we walked. We will go back!

This was an amazing property to get some well deserved R&R! The staff was fantastic, it was well worth the cost. The Oasis name fits perfectly for this property, calm, quiet definitely attracts an more mature crowd looking for relaxation. It only has 39 rooms, suites and villas, not really designed for an abundance of young children along with young adults. No party central here, you’ll have to travel away from the resort for that .

Great stay at this a sweet boutique hotel. The private beach, a 5 min walk or shuttle ride, is the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. The staff was awesome, rooms were clean, and overall vibe was fantastic. Restaurant a hidden gem! Would stay again!

Perfect: clean, safe, beautiful resort.

We loved our stay here. The resort was beautiful and the rooms were perfectly appointed—instead of tacky clutter, there was a clean minimalist feel but everything we needed was there. The front desk was staffed 24/7, the resort looked completely new and in great condition, there was virtually no wait for a pickup from the beach or an electric ride to the beach, there were tons of free regular and e-bikes available to use. There were two pools that were large enough for people around them, a good restaurant that allows everything to-go, and friendly staff to help with booking and getting transportation. We loved the location: it was a 5 minute bike ride to the shops, and there was always a golf cart to our beach area available. There’s a beach area staffed by someone to help you with towels, or to order food or drinks to the beach. It was the perfect resort for us: we didn’t need entertainment or to be coddled at all, but if we needed help it was there. Best: it was CLEAN and safe. We wouldn’t even look elsewhere if we returned to the island - we were thrilled. The spa treatments were exceptional. Thank you Widley, Ben, and the entire team for a lovely stay.

This Boutique Resort is beautiful! We had a fabulous time! We would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to return in the future. The only thing that I would recommend is that the room should come with fresh bottled water every day.

This is a beautiful small resort. The pool area is so lovely with awesome loungers. There is a beach shuttle but the walk is literally 5 minutes. The beach has a lovely area set up with such comfortable loungers and staff that bring drinks and food from the hotel. You can book excursions through the desk. The restaurant (Isolana) was awesome (breakfast, lunch and dinner were all delicious. It is about a 5-8 minute walk into the populated area with restaurants, bakeries and a couple more minutes to shopping. The grocery store was an easy 10 minute walk (small mini mart closer too). It was a great place to stay!

Can't say enough positive things about the staff here, they truly go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic stay. From the time you arrive they are super helpful with anything you might need from reservations to taxis and wont hesitate to call and confirm/update/cancel what you need. The restaurants were great, the property was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfortable, I felt very much at home. I traveled alone and really enjoyed myself but would have just as great of a stay with friends or a significant other. Cant wait to go back!

The property is quite lovely. Well-maintained with a couple small pools. Lots of palm trees and great atmosphere. The restaurant was fantastic. We ate several breakfasts there, several dinners, and had lunch brought to us at the beach. Some of the best meals we had on the trip were at the hotel restaurant. We stayed in a villa, which was fantastic, too. Had our own small pool and patio, two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a very large living room/kitchen combo. The only small complaints I have are the noise from the nearby club, with music pumping into the night. Not the hotel's fault, and they do provide you with earplugs. And the back of the hotel and one side are basically surrounded by areas where there will soon be construction/new buildings. Manicured palm trees out front, not so much in the back. (And there happened to be a shooting at the club while we were there. Again, not the hotel's fault, but a little disconcerting. Felt safe walking around on the beach side, though, even at night.) Easy walk to the beach and town, where the were more restaurants and a large grocery store. Also easy walking access to other large hotels, where you can also eat. Beach area was beautiful, and the beach service of food and drinks was very nice. Overall, would definitely stay here again.
