Compared to other Ritz-Carlton resorts, this location is smaller but that lends to such a unique and relaxing experience. You don’t ever have to compete for beach or pool chairs and the location can’t be beat as the resort is on Grace Bay and there are so many food options within a quick walking distance. The staff and service was impeccable and I had the time of my life with my family here. I’d so back in a heartbeat.

Definitely this hotel does not meet the standards of the Ritz! They dont know what a good service is. The beach is beautiful, but you cant even ask for water if you are there. Really bad service! At the restaurants, at the beach, they never answer on the front desk. Very bad experience specially being a Ritz!

Overall great experience. A lot of staff members were great but there were a few that weren't overly friendly. Property was super clean and had room service multiple times per day. Beach was excellent. Pool area was smaller than expected and more amenities could have been included in stay for the insane price we paid. Plenty to do in local area.
