I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Tides, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. Their attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service was evident in every interaction. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking. Nestled along the pristine beaches of Turks and Caicos, we were treated to stunning ocean views and the soothing sound of waves throughout our stay. The beachfront access was incredibly convenient, and we spent many relaxing days soaking up the sun and enjoying the crystal-clear waters. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days filled with adventure and relaxation. We also appreciated the modern amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi. In summary, our stay exceeded all expectations. The combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and the stunning natural beauty of Turks and Caicos made for a perfect getaway. We can’t wait to return and create more wonderful memories at this exceptional hotel.

Very simple resort yet very modern and clean. Wonderful location as well. Just a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach. No need to have all of the big thrills. Spend that money on the fun and food and make those memories. The staff always had a smile and very eager to help and answer any questions and even call and set up grocery delivery for us. All we needed to do was provide the list. Highly recommend this resort.

We stayed 4 nights. Hotel was perfect kitchen had everything we needed. Beds very comfortable and super soft sheets. House keeping was excellent cleaned our room well and even did our dishes and cleaned the kitchen. Beach is a 3 min walk. Beach area was nothing short of beautiful. Chairs towels and umbrella were provided. We used the free bikes daily. Brenda and the rest of the staff were extremely accommodating, kind, and issues were resolved quickly. We would definitely return here in the future we really enjoyed our stay.

During our stay around July they were doing construction right next door so we were up every morning at 6-7am bc of the drills :) our room also had tiny ants in the restroom as well One of the showers didn’t have hot water so we all shared one. And don’t you lose the room key’ they’ll charge you and arm and a leg!! Beach was a 2 min walk though

The Tides is a nice place to spent your vacation with the family. The apartment has a good infra instructure, Kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, swimming pool. Very close of the beach. Umbrella and beach chair available from the hotel. Very well daily clean by Ms.Alexsandra. Good cost benefit ratio. Negative points: Frontdesk attendent, not professional. 1- In the first day, my family and i stayed one hour after the 15:30 waiting to enter in apartment and she doesn´t take care to speed up the housekeeping, not interested in give feedback of the process...anyway, not professional. 2- Water flush of the shower, very weak. You have to be pacient to take a showe after the beach in that water condition. Point to be improved by the hotel.

We paid top dollar $2,500 for two nights for an ocean front room. When we got here, they stuck us in a side room with hardly any view of the ocean, let alone Ocean Front. They said they were sold out of ocean front rooms. But then why even offer an “Ocean Front” for people to be able to book an “Ocean Front”? Pictures below is the only view from our room
