My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Zenza. Mario was really great. He drove us to the beach on the golf cart, he made sure our driver was there when we needed it, he made great recommendations: like the snorkeling trip on the catamaran. Zenza is so close to the marina, and loving to deep sea fish- we were able to walk down and go out on a charter. We caught a sailfish and wahoo on the M&J charter. It was a great stay. I would say, if you want to be in walking distance of shopping; Zenza isn't. But, if you like a quiet, clean, nice place...Zenza is a great place. We had a wonderful driver named DJ, when we went to Grace Bay and to the grocery store and brewery- he was our driver and gave us so much insight into where to go, the culture of Turks and Caico's, best restaurants, as well as upcoming events to attend. We found him through Mario at the Zenza. We hope to return again in the future.

Excellent hôtel très calme nous avons passé deux jours en famille. Petit déjeuner continental inclut très pratique jus fruit beigne et croissant café. Nous avons profité de la piscine et des vélos gratuit disponibles pour faire une belle randonné. Mario très serviable nous a recommandé un bon restaurant juste à côté et nous a fait un tour de voiture de golf pour aller à la plage

They promise ocean view is more of a lake view it was nice though it was a nice hotel pricing too high considering the false narrative of an ocean view when there wasn't a ocean view to begin with. For the price they need more aminities activities and offered service ie room service pass 10pm

Everyone was great. Our rooms were ready upon check in. Only wish the golf carts could do us off at Mango Reef since it’s just us up the road, it was way too hot to walk and taxis took a pretty long time. But overall rooms were clean, cool and esthetically pleasing.

The front desk closed at 10pm after that we couldn’t get any waters or a new key .. I spent the nite locked out of my room on the last nite. I wouldn’t stay there again if they were paying me ! Actually I’m turned off from using your website also because it was nothing like describe.

This hotel is very modern and the staff was friendly and welcoming. It is located in a very central area, close to restaurants, beaches and shopping facilities. It was very quiet and simply beautiful !

After 3pm my room still was not available and the front desk proceeded to check the next party in very very rude !!!!! Mario, Wendy were great. They both went over and above. Our first day our room did not have hot water but the issue was fixed. The housekeeper was not very pleasant. But outside of that, we enjoyed our stay.

I plan this trip to relax, reflect. and reset. I have a few delays in my traveling but upon arrival ACherry was waiting to check me in, my room was spacious, clean, beautiful view of the Marina and it smelled good. The beach was amazing. There were several places to dine within walking distances: True Waves. Baci's, Sharkbite, and Mango Reef (my favorite) and continental breakfsst was available each morning....in addition to water all day. The staff was wonderful - ACherry, Mario & Wendine. I would recommend Zenza to everyone.

We ended up at the Zenza when our departing flight was canceled and we needed to extend our paradise trip for another day. Upon check in the staff was amazingly sweet and helpful. We could figure out the remote situation as there was a different remote for the TV, AC, drapes, ceiling fan and someone came up to help us as we wanted the fan to work. The WiFi somehow would connect on our phones in the lobby but not in the room which was pretty significant Wasn’t a fan of the bathroom structures. Probably better with married folks than friends. Overall it was delightful!

I loved my stayed here, such wonderful staff. Very clean and quiet and friendly. I stayed in the penthouse and when I say it was so pretty and they decorated my room so pretty. Highly recommended staying here and will be back soon

The only problem that I had with this property was that the handle on the bathroom door was broken. The front desk was notified, however, since we were only staying for one night, the hotel probably didn’t send anyone to fix it.

Stay was nice .. a little loud outside .. the place is far from the main strip so you need a taxi.. taxis get expensive.. hotel room was nice but we did have one roach .. the view was beautiful from the balcony .. they gave you free water and the continental breakfast was bananas and apples along with a few pastries not bad .. if I would go back I might try the main strip but did like my stay
